Professor Hirofumi Sawa, Director of IVReD received the Hokkaido Medical Association Award and the Hokkaido Governor’s Award (FY2025) in recognition of his outstanding achievements in research toward the control of zoonotic diseases.
The award ceremony was held on Saturday, October 4, at the Sapporo Grand Hotel.
