The Joint Annual Meeting of the 29th Japanese Society for Vaccinology and the 66th Japanese Society for Clinical Virology was held on September 27–28, 2025, at the Sapporo Convention Center.

This academic meeting brought together researchers and healthcare professionals from the fields of vaccinology and clinical virology. A wide range of research findings, from basic science to clinical applications, were presented and actively discussed. Through keynote lectures, symposia, workshops, and general presentations, the latest knowledge on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of infectious diseases was shared.

A total of 1,034 participants from Japan and abroad attended the meeting, making it a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration among academia, industry, and government.

We sincerely thank all participants for their contributions, and we look forward to the knowledge and networks gained at this meeting contributing to further advances in infectious disease control and vaccine development.
