Dr.Adeline Lassaux and Mr.Antoine Bussmon from the Embassy of France in Japan visited the IVReD on September 19.

Prof. Sawa explained the overview of IVReD, Professor Suzuki talked about the exchange student from France, and Dr. Matsuno explained the current status of the Japan-France research collaboration.

A question-and-answer session followed, during which a lively discussion ensued. They visited the experimental facilities of IVReD at the end of the visit. Further collaboration in research and education between Japan and France is expected in the future.
