【Title: Platform Technology Development for Vaccine R&D at BIKEN Foundation by Dr.Yasuo Yoshioka】

The 5th Special Lecture hosted by the Hokkaido University Institute for Vaccine Research and Development (IVReD) was held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 14:00 to 17:00. at the Lecture Hall, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Hokkaido University.

The seminar was held in a hybrid format and attracted approximately 40 participants. Researchers from Hokkaido University and the BIKEN Foundation gave presentations covering a wide range of topics, including diagnostic technologies, tuberculosis booster vaccines, avian influenza, EV-D68, and Chikungunya vaccine development. The latest trends and research findings in these diverse areas of vaccine R&D were shared.
