Professor Emeritus Yasuhiko Suzuki, Deputy Director and Head of the Research Support Division of IVReD, has been awarded an honorary medal by the Minister of Food, Agriculture, Livestock and Light Industry of the Government of Mongolia on September 10.

This award recognizes his long-standing contributions to academic exchange and research collaboration with Mongolia. Congratulations to Professor Suzuki on this remarkable achievement!

As a co-investigator of the SATREPS project “Control of Tuberculosis and Glanders”, I had the opportunity to work together with colleagues in Mongolia to investigate the prevalence of bovine tuberculosis. I believe this achievement has been recognized through this award. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Government of Mongolia for bestowing such an honor upon me.
